Peter Manion

Peter’s lifelong passion for the water began at a young age, learning to sail in Larchmont, NY. His love for sailing grew quickly, leading him to spend as much time as possible on the water, from junior sailing at Larchmont Yacht Club to working summer jobs on large sailing yachts. Before long, Peter was overseeing the builds of race boats and managing their racing campaigns.

As his family grew, Peter transitioned ashore, working closer to home in Cos Cob, CT. When the opportunity arose to join Hinckley and help build a new boatyard in Connecticut, he eagerly embraced it. Over time, he became deeply knowledgeable about the Hinckley product, gaining the qualifications to service and eventually sell these exceptional yachts.

With over thirty years of experience in the marine industry—seven of those years as General Manager of Hinckley Yacht Services in Stamford—Peter has now embarked on a new chapter selling new and pre-owned Hinckleys as a Sales Director. His extensive background in yacht services has provided him with a deep understanding of the industry and a vast network of connections, allowing him to expertly assist clients in finding their ideal vessel. Peter is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and expertise to help clients discover the yacht of their dreams.
