Hinckley provides benefits to all regular full time employees, eligible dependents and children up to 26 years of age. Newly hired regular full time employees are able to enroll in benefits after the first 30 days. Our experienced Marine Carpenters focus on refitting teak handrails and toe rails, installing new teak decks, and designing layouts based on customer requirements. Our team frequently finds itself at the center of the action as they work with other trades and with our engineering team on stringer installs for engine repowers or generator and gyroscope installations.
